With Facebook’s new master plan presented at their latest F8 conference, businesses will have access to hyper-target the consumers that seek out its engagements. And they can do it all on the cheap, through Facebook’s Messenger app with bots programmed to serve up relevant communications to users.
What does it all mean? Small businesses will be able to stretch their dollar by easily targeting exactly who wants to be targeted, allocating their resources in much different ways.
